Just to confirm, with the AAM model, nobody in the company has a boss. Everyone works independently with an ownership mentality towards their position and production. Is that correct?

Hi D’haden! We apologize for the delay, there was a glitch in our notification system. To answer your question, the AAM Model (Agile Autopoietic Model) does not specifically stipulate to go boss-less. In fact, planetary hierarchies like the one we utilize within our company still have a pecking order but we are raising leaders instead of managers. Exceptional leaders become facilitators and these are the people who help others in separate departments.

The second aspect of what you said is correct. There is autonomy within a system that is propelled by highly motivated individuals who will take ownership of their work and excel in their position. This all starts with building a healthy and thriving culture.
